At Erindale Animal Hospital, our goal is to reduce the fear involved when dogs and cats encounter humans and increase trust in the most non-threatening way possible. To accomplish this, our veterinarians are working towards certification in the Dr. Sophia Yin program for Low Stress Handling of Dogs & Cats. This program will help us to better understand your pet’s behaviour and adapt our handling to best suit your pet’s needs, thus keeping handling stress to a minimum. This also means that we will NEVER scruff your cat!
